Be a catalyst for change Constructively challenge Support, evaluate and communicate strategy Identify, quantify and mitigate risk Assisting with (Deliverables) Ensuring the integrity of the Live Operations data - ensuring "one source of truth" Develop Live Operations Dashboard and Trend Analysis Develop metrics to effectively evaluate agri performance (Feed, FCR, ALW, Farmer Margin, CCM, Medication) - Optimse performance of supporting Live Operation systems - Pio Rep, Qlik Sense & COR - Support a "Lean" agenda Tracking and control of Live Operations key cost drivers: -Feed -FCR -ALW -Farmer -Hatchery -Medication -CCM -Transport Financial evaluation of Live Operations Optimisation and Capex projects.
