Role Overview Join our dynamic team in Shannon as a key player in our finance department! In this diverse role, you'll manage both Accounts Payable and Receivable using our ERP system (INSIGHT), assist with customer invoicing, and support the monthly financial close. You'll ensure smooth operations by setting up new accounts, handling expense claims, and reconciling bank statements. Your expertise will also be crucial in preparing cash flow projections, calculating VAT, and liaising with auditors, banks, and government authorities. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to work with cross-functional teams, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Payroll knowledge is a plus, but not essential. Your Profile Were looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role within a multinational setting. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of ERP accounting systems, experience in process improvement projects, and strong Excel skills. You should be a resourceful problem-solver with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. As a team player with a flexible, hands-on approach, youll need to navigate a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
