Job Description
Job Summary: Manage a team, reconcile bank accounts, prepare management accounts, monitor cash, and maintain internal controls.
Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of annual accounts to trial balance level
- Monitor, control and report on cash function for each division
- Maintain and improve internal controls within the accounting function
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns and WEEE returns
- Preparation for year-end statutory audits
- Payment approval of all staff business expenses submitted
- Administration of company motor fleet insurance
- Variety of ad-hoc projects
Requirements:- ACCA/CIMA qualification essential
- 2-3 years experience required
- People management experience essential
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Excel and other related software
- Excellent communication skills, initiative and customer focus
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
