Right Group are currently seeking applications for the role of Financial Accountant at our head office in Castleisland.We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to problem solve and work as part of the finance team.Reporting to the financial controller the role will encompass the following; Key Responsibilities Manage the accounts Receivable function & Accounts Payable, including processing invoices payments and reconciliations. Perform general ledger accounting tasks Review and analyse the Aged Debtors and Creditors monthly and circulate reports to senior management Coordinate and manage the collection of payments Liaise with relevant third parties and government bodies on behalf of the company. Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely invoicing. Perform bank reconciliation statements. Handle accurate data entry using SAGE 50. Prepare and submit Vat, RCT and PAYE Ros returns. Conduct various cost review and projects as required Support the month end and year end closing procedures Skills and Experience Qualified/ Part qualified Accountant or Qualified Accounting Technician with 3 years of accounting experience. Proficient in Sage 50 and Microsoft excel and comfortable with using various in-house software programs required for this role. Experience in the engineering /Construction sectors is an advantage but not essential. Remuneration: Salary on Offer €40-50K plus benefits depending on experience.
