Financial Accountant - Part Time - Dublin 4 A prominent leisure facility situated in Dublin 4 is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join their team on a part-time basis. As the Financial Accountant, you will collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and Accounts Assistant to ensure meticulous control, monitoring, and recording of income, expenses, and balance sheet assets and liabilities in alignment with established procedures. Additionally, effective staff management will be a key aspect of your role. Your Role Manage financial reporting, including weekly and monthly accounts, trial balances, and year-end statements. Oversee financial operations, including stock reconciliation and budget assistance. Conduct financial reconciliations, such as fixed asset registers and VAT returns. Maintain membership records and support internal processes enhancements. Assist in projects and provide support to management as needed. Lead and supervise the Accounts Assistant. Your Skills Qualified Accountant with 7-10 years of experience. Proficient in Excel and accounting software, ideally Sage. Experience with database systems is advantageous. Strong organisational and analytical abilities. Self-motivated, flexible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
