Financial Accountant, Planning and Analysis. Location; Optional- Monaghan, Tipperary or Dublin. The Role: Prepare financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management. Compile monthly management accounts. Conduct variance analysis against budgets and established standards. Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits. Develop capital investment proposals (CAPEX) Manage the financial aspects of CAPEX projects. Prepare annual budgets & rolling forecasts. Present monthly financial updates to the CFO. Assist with the preparation of tax reporting. Handle various ad-hoc projects as needed. Supporting strategic decision-making.
