Client Profile Our client is a high-end investor in the property sector.
They are in the process of restructuring their finance team and seeking to appoint a Qualified Financial Accountant to work in a close knit finance team in a varied role.
Role:
Financial Accountant The Financial Accountant will be responsible for providing a wide range of financial information.
Specific areas of responsibility include:
Month end reporting Year end audit and preparation of financial statements Budgeting and forecasting Analysis and provision of key information to management Monthly and Annual reporting Day-to-day involvement with the running of the Finance team Statutory and tax returns Role will be a mix of hybrid working in a central city centre location and remotely
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Accountant with relevant experience Experience of using a finance system Excellent analytical skills Results orientated Excellent technical abilities Strong financial acumen and the ability to perform a hands-on role Excellent communication, customer care, and people management skills Excellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills Interested in this position?
