HireForce is delighted to be working with a Real Estate Investment Company that has a large portfolio of investments in Ireland and the UK. This client is looking for a Recently Qualified Accountant to join their expanding Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to work alongside a team of experienced professionals, to be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the business and to gain knowledge and experience of the industry. Responsibilities include: Quarterly management accounting Annual management and financial accounting External financial reporting Budget preparation Supporting the team regarding investment appraisal Liaising with external professional advisers Compliance with tax requirements and other reporting obligations when applicable Experience/Requirements: Qualified Accountant, ideally with Real Estate and/or ICAVs/Funds experience Excellent Excel skills and proficient in use of an accounting package Excellent analytical and numerical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Remuneration: Salary: depending on experience Annual bonus Pension 25 days holidays If this role isn't for you, but you know someone who would be a great fit, we would appreciate it if you could refer them to us.
