**Senior Manager - Financial Accounting Advisory Services** We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Manager to lead our Financial Accounting Advisory Services team in Ireland, focusing on technical accounting and reporting related services. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the day-to-day delivery of client engagement projects, maintaining quality and exceptional service delivery * Manage client relationships and liaise with senior stakeholders to build strong working relationships * Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to junior team members * Liaise with other EY teams and service lines to ensure seamless solutions for clients * Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including technical accounting analysis papers and GAAP compliant financial statements * Present results to senior team members and clients in a clear and concise manner * Develop talent through training, counselling, mentoring, and promoting general wellbeing of our people **Requirements:** * Accountancy qualified (ACCA / ACA / CPA / CA or Equivalent) * Minimum 7 years post-qualified experience * Good understanding of IFRS and FRS 102 * Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge * US GAAP and SOX knowledge (desirable) * Proven ability to work on complex accounting issues and transactions * Commercial awareness and industry experience * Previous experience at Senior Manager level (desirable) **What We Offer:** * Competitive remuneration package * Comprehensive Total Rewards package, including flexible working and career development * Opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career * Freedom and flexibility to handle your role in a way that's right for you * Benefits package, including hybrid working, pension, and discounts **About EY:** As a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, we're using our expertise to build a better working world.
