As an internationally integrated partnership, we operate in over 100 countries and territories around the world and draw on the expertise of over 50,000 professionals to assist clients of all sizes at every stage in their development.

Why join us

Our next-generation graduate training programme is designed around understanding and appreciating the distinct qualities and experiences of each employee, providing personalised support, mentoring, and resources tailored to individual needs and aspirations.

We put people before processes, empowering you to lead, innovate, and foster your entrepreneurial talents. If you are looking for a career where you can truly make an impact, Forvis Mazars is the right place for you.

The Position

Financial Advisory offers an in-depth training experience where you will combine fundamental technical accounting skills with commercial and practical skills essential to understanding what makes a business viable and restructuring options available to clients facing challenging situations.

As a Forvis Mazars Financial Advisory Associate, you will work on a range of assignments including developing and executing strategies for assets under management, understanding restructuring and debt solutions, and evaluating businesses to understand what makes them successful and where they can improve.

You will develop an understanding of risk management, commercial decision making, and the skillset to identify the key drivers of businesses across a range of industries. You will have the opportunity to progress into leadership and relationship management roles with clients, who range from SMEs to private equity firms.

The role will enable you to develop analytic and technical skills as you learn to undertake company valuations, business reviews, financial modelling, debt advisory, liquidations, receiverships, and examinerships. You will be working in a dynamic and high-paced setting, where every transaction offers new challenges and opportunities to learn.

Associates are encouraged to engage and assist with difficult assignments while also being guided on how to provide a best-in-class service. In short, Financial Advisory is a perfect fit for graduates looking for broad training, an understanding of how businesses run, and wanting to develop the skills necessary for a career in Business, Financial Advisory, Accounting & Finance, or Restructuring.
