We are seeking an Analyst to join the Corporate Actions team. As the business and customer base grows, our client needs finance specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.
- Announce and update corporate actions.
- Create events (cash stock options, rights issues, stock splits, mergers).
- SOURCE local media for corporate actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Previous experience in finance.
- Fluent English and one of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish.
- EU passport or Stamp 4.
