Seeking an Analyst to manage corporate actions, events, and announcements for a growing business with a diverse customer base.
About the Role:
- Manage mandatory and voluntary corporate actions
- Announce and update corporate actions
- Create events (Cash Stock Options, Rights Issues, Stock Splits, Mergers)
- Sources local media for corporate actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Previous experience in the financial sector
- Fluent English and Russian language skills
- EU passport or Stamp 4
