This role will sit in a skilled team that has responsibility for a number of key internal and external reporting and performance analysis. Description Provide critical analysis for the monthly Board and management reporting processes including review of the results submitted by the Divisions and ownership of the related outputs with a key focus on critical trend analysis, key performance metrics and drivers of performance. Ownership and review of the preliminary and final budget outputs for the Group including Board and management presentations, reports and analysis. Preparation of briefing materials for Senior Management and Investor Relations, in particular at quarter end, providing key information on drivers of performance. Assistance in system developments that are required in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) for reporting purposes, liaising with the Hyperion support team Review and analysis of financial reporting notes and disclosures, as part of the Group financial consolidation process. Profile A successful Financial Analyst should have: Qualified accounting professional, with 0-2 years PQE Strong academic background, professional record and qualification (ACA, CFA or equivalent). Experience working on high performing teams, ideally across different geographies. Good systems capabilities and/or interest in financial reporting systems; experience with HFM system would be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Exposure to Group reporting and processes.
