Job Description
- Provide critical analysis for the monthly Board and management reporting processes including review of the results submitted by the Divisions and ownership of the related outputs with a key focus on critical trend analysis, key performance metrics and drivers of performance.
- Ownership and review of the preliminary and final budget outputs for the Group including Board and management presentations, reports and analysis.
- Preparation of briefing materials for Senior Management and Investor Relations, in particular at quarter end, providing key information on drivers of performance.
- Assistance in system developments that are required in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) for reporting purposes, liaising with the Hyperion support team
- Review and analysis of financial reporting notes and disclosures, as part of the Group financial consolidation process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Analyst should have:- Qualified accounting professional, with 0-2 years PQE
- Strong academic background, professional record and qualification (ACA, CFA or equivalent).
- Experience working on high performing teams, ideally across different geographies.
- Good systems capabilities and/or interest in financial reporting systems; experience with HFM system would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Exposure to Group reporting and processes.
