You will also analyse data on digital platforms, enforce client policies, and address flagged tasks using critical thinking. Conducting in-depth research on various topics to extract valuable insights for clients Correcting errors in databases through thorough data analysis, ensuring high quality data accuracy Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) particularly in quality and productivity targets Providing mentorship and support in various product areas Analysing and interpreting data on digital platforms for multinational clients Enforcing client policies and guidelines to enhance user experience and uphold platform safety Addressing flagged tasks by applying critical thinking and conducting thorough analysis The ideal candidate for the Finance Analyst Job brings a strong educational background in Business Studies or a related field. You have proven experience in data analysis, research, and financial reporting. Your strong communication skills enable you to share knowledge effectively with your team. You are known for your ability to meet goals effectively and consistently exceed target metrics. Experience with financial reporting, account reconciliation, as well as proficiency in Excel and Oracle are essential for this role.
