Financial and Operational Leadership Role in the Beauty and Skincare Industry Financial and Operational Controller needed to drive growth, optimize processes, and ensure financial compliance across two fast-growing businesses. **Job Description:** As a seasoned Financial and Operational Controller, you will be responsible for leading the financial and operational strategy of Skingredients, an innovative Irish skincare brand, and The Skin Nerd, a thriving e-commerce retailer. **Key Responsibilities:** • **Lead Financial Planning & Analysis:** + Create robust financial models to inform long-term business plans + Analyse performance drivers to optimize financial performance + Provide strategic financial insight to senior management • **Financial Reporting & Compliance:** + Deliver timely and accurate financial statements + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • **Cost & Cash Management:** + Oversee cash flow, working capital, and vendor negotiations + Manage expenses and maintain financial discipline • **Operational Excellence:** + Drive process improvements to increase efficiency + Implement systems to support business growth • **Inventory & Stock Optimisation:** + Develop and implement smart inventory management strategies + Maintain optimal stock levels and reduce costs • **HR & Payroll Management:** + Ensure smooth payroll processes + Collaborate with HR to manage compensation and workforce planning **Requirements:** • Professional qualification in finance (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) • 5+ years of experience in finance and operations, ideally in consumer goods or e-commerce • Proven expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and budgeting • Strong communication skills to influence decision-making and cross-functional collaboration • Strategic mindset with experience in process optimisation, ERP systems, and operational leadership **About the Companies:** Skingredients and The Skin Nerd are two dynamic brands making waves in the beauty industry.
