Theyre looking for a seasoned Financial and Operational Controller to oversee the financial health and operational efficiency of Skingredients, an innovative Irish skincare brand founded by Jennifer Rock, and The Skin Nerd, a thriving e-commerce retailer. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving growth, optimizing processes, and ensuring financial compliance across both companies. Youll collaborate with senior management to deliver strategic financial insight. What Youll Do: Lead Financial Planning & Analysis:Create robust financial models, analyse performance drivers, and help shape long-term business plans. Financial Reporting & Compliance:Deliver timely, accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Cost & Cash Management: Oversee cash flow, working capital, and vendor negotiations while keeping expenses under control. Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements, implement systems for efficiency, and lead operational strategies to support the growth of both businesses. Inventory & Stock Optimisation: Implement smart inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce costs. HR & Payroll Management: Ensure smooth payroll processes and collaborate with HR to manage compensation, benefits, and workforce planning. What You'll Bring A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years of experience in finance and operations, ideally in consumer goods or e-commerce. Proven expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and budgeting. A deep understanding of GAAP principles and financial regulations. A strategic mindset with experience in process optimisation, ERP systems, and operational leadership. Strong communication skills to influence decision-making and cross-functional collaboration Why Join?
