Financial Compliance Officer Global Plc HireForce is partnering with a leading global Plc that operates across more than 35 countries. This organization is creating an exciting new role: Financial Compliance Officer. The position is designed to strengthen financial compliance, policies, procedures, and banking operations within the company. Key Responsibilities: SOX Compliance Internal audit Controls Perform financial risk assessments in key areas of the business Business lead for penetration testing Responsible for Quarterly Debt compliance Responsible for Charting Directors compliance Ensure all site disaster recovery plans are available and current Ad-hoc reporting required by the finance director Overseeing banking policies and procedures Requirements: Qualified accountant, ideally Big 4 trained My client is very open minded on the background, from Big 4 Audit Managers, someone who has worked in internal audit or Compliance To succeed in this role you need to be flexible to deal with changing business requirements Remuneration: Salary will depend on experience, Bonus and Pension If the role isnt for you, If you are happy with the level of service youve experienced with HireForce, we would really appreciate if you can refer a friend and you will receive a €250 voucher should we successfully place your friend.
