Financial Controller - Bray - Up to €90,000Join to apply for the Financial Controller - Bray - Up to €90,000 role at PeopleSourceFinancial Controller Bray Manufacturing up to €90,000Based on site, this role has three direct reports and works closely with the MD.ResponsibilitiesOversee the full finance function with one report, along with Customer Service (1) and Logistics (1)Deliver monthly reporting pack in a timely & efficient mannerWork with Board Directors on driving strategyOversee the continuous improvement within the ERP system controls, automating where possible, working across production, pricing, people, performanceManage capital investments ensuring on time and in line with budgetsProvide budgets & forecasts along with informative analysis on variances allowing for informed decision makingBuild relationships with internal & external stakeholdersRequirementsQualified accountant with prior manufacturing sector experiencePrior experience of working with Lean methodologies or ISO or cGMP would be idealExcellent communication skills, organisational skills and a true team playerRemunerationUp to €90,000 plus 25 days leaveContactRachel TubridyPeopleSource is a finance and accounting recruitment form.
