Financial Controller Bray Manufacturing up to €90,000 Based on site, this role has three direct reports and works closely with the MD. Responsibilities Oversee the full finance function with one report, along with Customer Service (1) and Logistics (1) Deliver monthly reporting pack in a timely & efficient manner Work with Board Directors on driving strategy Oversee the continuous improvement within the ERP system controls, automating where possible, working across production, pricing, people, performance Manage capital investments insuring on time and in line with budgets Provide budgets & forecasts along with informative analysis on variances allowing for informed decision making Build relationships with internal & external stakeholders Requirements Qualified accountant with prior manufacturing sector experience Prior experience of working with Lean methodologies or ISO or cGMP would be ideal Excellent communication skills, organisational skills and a true team player Remuneration Up to €90,000 plus 25 days leave Contact Rachel Tubridy PeopleSource is a finance and accounting recruitment form.
