The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, team leadership, and strategic planning. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead a team of financial professionals to produce timely and accurate financial information • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts • Conduct internal and external audits • Review costings to ensure cost-effective processes • Develop and implement budgets and forecasts • Assist business partners in operational management • Manage and develop the finance team **Key Requirements** • Qualified Accountant with 3+ years' experience • Proficient in Outlook, Power Point, and Microsoft Word • Working knowledge of industry-recognized accounting packages • Experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills • People management skills
