Financial Controller sought to drive financial success and strategic vision of a dynamic hospitality group in Cork City.
We are partnering with a leading hospitality group to find a talented and experienced Financial Controller to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Experience with revenue management and cost control strategies
