Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software systems.
• Experience with cost control and project accounting
