Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability. Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in financial software systems.
