Seeking a qualified accountant with 10+ years of experience to lead a finance team and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting practices and procedures, as well as the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop financial models.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management packs with an operational focus
- Ownership of gross profit reporting and variance analysis
- Development of operational KPIs to monitor team performance
- Leadership of a finance team to drive continuous improvement
- Ownership of group audit and financial reporting
- Contribution to strategic projects
Essential skills and experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with 10+ years of post-qualified experience
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a busy team
- Experience in the energy sector is an advantage
- Inquisitive mind with ability to solve complex business problems
- Track record of process improvement
- Comfortable presenting to executive management
