Financial Controller Job Summary:
A dynamic and exciting Financial Controller role, requiring strong commercial acumen and people management skills, is available in a successful Financial Services firm in Dublin South. Key responsibilities include preparing management reporting packs, streamlining operations, and leading the finance team in preparing financial statements.
- Prepare and consolidate management reporting packs with a focus on continuous improvement, automation, and evolution.
- Ensure effective management of the finance team.
- Streamline and improve all operations and accounting systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Lead the team in preparing timely and accurate financial statements.
- Oversee the audit process.
- Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Strategic analysis and feasibility studies of new business opportunities.
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified accountant with proven Financial Controller experience, strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and advanced Excel skills are essential. Experience with SAP is desirable.
