Morgan Mc Kinley is delighted to be partnering with a successful Financial Services firm in Dublin South who are hiring a Financial Controller for their high performing team.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a dynamic and exciting role, which requires strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and consolidate management reporting packs with a focus on continuous improvement, automation and evolution.
Ensure effective management of the finance team Streamline and improve all operations and accounting systems.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Lead the team in preparing timely and accurate financial statements Oversee the audit process Budgeting & Forecasting Strategic analysis and feasibility studies of new business opportunities Work closely with the Head of Finance in presenting reports to board members and senior management team Skills and Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified accountant with proven Financial Controller experience Track record and ability to lead and manage people.
Experience with SAP is desirable.
