High-performing Financial Controller sought for leading Property Developer in NW Dublin, driving growth and providing commercially focused finance decision support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the finance function to drive business growth
- Providing commercially focused finance decision support and commercial negotiations support
- Management Reporting, KPI reporting with variance analysis
- Preparation for and presentation at Board Meetings
- Exceptional commercial, financial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Qualified accountant with minimum 5-10 years post qualification experience required.
Package: €120-130K + benefits.
