About the Role As the Financial Controller, you will lead the financial operations with a focus on strategic financial planning, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership to support business growth, manage the finance team, and ensure that financial processes are robust and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Lead the integration of data analytics into financial planning to support strategic decisions. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for senior management and key stakeholders. Manage compliance with tax, audit, and legal requirements, working closely with external auditors. Implement and continuously review the strategic financial plan, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Develop and mentor the finance team, helping them reach their full potential. Continuously improve financial processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and governance. What You'll Need: A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent). Proven experience in financial management and business operations. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
