Location:North Dublin Hybrid/Remote:Very flexible hybrid approach Compensation:€65-70k basic Our client is a high performing, founder-led business that is entering its next phase of growth. They are a highly creative business working across retail, residential and commercial real estate as well as hospitality. Due to continued growth and the upcoming diversification into retail, the business is is seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller to sit as part of the leadership team and help steer the business through the next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional to gain significant exposure to business operations across multiple workstreams, including finance, business development, sales, IT and property. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day finance processes and transactions across studio, warehouse, retail showroom and manufacturing activities Manage key aspects of P&L including margin analysis Preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, WIP and annual financial reports Own AP, AR, bank reconciliation and revenue returns processes Production of value-adding management information and financial analysis to aid strategic decision making Report on spending trends, cost-saving initiatives and margin opportunities Act as business partner to construction and design teams to monitor and manage KPIs, budgets and profit margins, producing relevant reports on results Key Skills A minimum third level degree in a relevant field e.g. business, finance, accounting A professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is desirable but those QBE or part-qualified will be equally considered subject to meeting all other requirements Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
