Requirements: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a senior finance role. Proficiency in IFRS and US GAAP, with exposure to financial management systems. Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
