Job Description
Seeking a highly experienced finance professional to lead the development of a high-performing finance function, driving business strategy and advising senior leadership on financial performance.
Your new role will be to bring all finance functions in-house, building a team and developing business strategy, while playing a key role in building and maintaining critical business partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth
- Building and leading a high-performing finance team
- Advising senior leadership on financial performance and direction
- Developing and maintaining critical business partnerships
- Monitoring large-scale contracts and projects
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant with a professionally recognised accreditation (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA)
- At least 3 years PQE in an industry role producing monthly management accounts, exposure to AP/AR and other daily accounting functions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate a keen commercial acumen
- Self-starter with a proven ability to get projects across the line
