Financial Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management. If you have a can-do attitude, think outside the box, and seek solutions, you’ll fit right in.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all finance and accounting activitiesEnsure accurate and timely financial reportingPrepare and analyze financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annuallyManage budgeting and financial forecastingTrack and report on budget and forecast variancesCommunicate with external partners like accountants, tax advisors, and banksReview and approve the work of the accounting teamDevelop and implement business processes and accounting policiesProvide weekly updates to the CFO on various financial aspects and operational issuesQualifications:Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA)Minimum 2+ years PQEThorough knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresStrong business acumenKeen eye for detailStrong experience and skills with payroll, accounting, and related softwarePeople management experience (desirable)Practice (or similar practice environment) experience (desirable)Benefits:Attractive Salary Pension Health Benefits Hybrid WorkingRegular Social gatherings Employee Assistance Programme Learning and Development Programme #J-18808-Ljbffr
