Financial Controller - €120-130K + package
Very exclusive role for a high-performing Financial Controller with a leading Property Developer in NW Dublin.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Playing a lead role in driving growth within the business
- Providing ongoing commercially focused finance decision support & commercial negotiations support
- Qualified accountant with minimum 5-10 years post qualification experience
- Management Reporting, KPI reporting with variance analysis
- Preparation for, and presentation at Board Meetings
- Exceptional commercial, financial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
