Financial Controller - BrayOur client is a specialist and market leader in managing vehicle accident repairs, claims insurance management, and fleet services.Based in Bray, they currently require an experienced Financial Controller to join their team.Managing a team of 7 accounts staff, you will look after the day-to-day running of the finance function and work closely with Senior Managers and Directors.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop finance teamDay-to-day management of finance functionReview and improve financial systems, internal controls, etc.Project costingMargin analysis and sales reportingFinancial modelling and cashflow managementPreparation of monthly management accounts and commentaryFinancial analysis and delivery of KPI reportingManage statutory and year-end close for all Irish entitiesFixed Asset ManagementReview and manage cap exPerformance reportingProject workMonitor debt and reconcile settlementsPreparation of annual budgets and forecastsWorking closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Directors, suppliers, banks, insurers, auditors & revenueSupport Senior management team on key financial decisionsRequirements:Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/ACA)3-5 years' experience as a Financial Controller within a busy motor industry, fleet management, leasing environment, or similarAbility to influence and negotiate with stakeholdersAbility to liaise and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholdersStrong knowledge of commercial accounting and business practicesExcellent technical knowledge of accounting systems, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applicationsStrong communication skillsExceptional attention to detailProven ability to manage and lead a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
