Job Description

Influential Finance Manager / Financial Controller role with an industry leader in Kerry. Collaborative working environment with growth opportunities. Main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and direct budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
  • Develop activity based standard costing and review costings.
  • Manage accounting operations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and banking.
  • Prepare statutory accounts and quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
  • Prepare VAT and payroll tax returns, and develop business processes and accounting policies.
  • Develop the finance team.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant with 7+ years experience and Financial Controller exposure.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and change.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • People management experience.
  • Retail knowledge or experience advantageous.
