Influential Finance Manager / Financial Controller role with an industry leader in Kerry. Collaborative working environment with growth opportunities. Main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and direct budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Develop activity based standard costing and review costings.
- Manage accounting operations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and banking.
- Prepare statutory accounts and quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
- Prepare VAT and payroll tax returns, and develop business processes and accounting policies.
- Develop the finance team.
- Qualified Accountant with 7+ years experience and Financial Controller exposure.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and change.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- People management experience.
- Retail knowledge or experience advantageous.
