The Role: As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading the Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics teams, ensuring world-class operational standards. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role involves financial planning and analysis, budget management, and providing strategic input at the board level. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive organizational vision and strategy. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present monthly financial reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with the Board of Directors to shape organizational strategy, vision, and talent acquisition. Lead the enhancement of the companys ERP system, focusing on optimizing back-office processes and ensuring accurate product costing. Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, to build a high-performing team. Manage capital expenditures and operational expenses to achieve growth and profitability targets. Build strong, trusting relationships with key clients, customers, and stakeholders. Candidate Requirements: 5 years of senior finance experience in a manufacturing environment ideally Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement strategies (Lean, WCM). Experience with ISO9001, ISO 13485, and cGMP standards is highly desirable. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Prior experience with ERP systems, Bill of Materials, Routings, and Product Costing is essential. Why Consider This Opportunity?
