About the Company: Our client, an innovative and growing organisation in Kilkenny, is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations and strategy of the business. This role will focus on ensuring strong financial management practices and providing key insights to support the company's decision-making process. Role Overview: The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's finances, including accounting, financial reporting, budget planning, and internal controls. This role requires a highly skilled professional with excellent attention to detail and the ability to lead financial strategy. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily finance and accounting operations. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulations. Manage budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis. Implement and monitor internal control policies and procedures. Collaborate with external stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior management. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a senior finance role. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) with 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting. Experience with accounting software and financial systems.
