On behalf of our client, a high growth renewable energy firm, we are looking to hire a Financial Modeller to join their Dublin team.

The Role:

1. Build and run complex financial models and review models completed or partially completed by the team.
2. Ensure assumptions are based on rigorous analysis of actual data where available for reliable forecasts.
3. Proactively support managers with financial and technical analysis.
4. Assist the investment committee to make decisions by preparing investment memos and running sensitivities.

Requirements

1. 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (i.e corporate finance, investment banking), building and working with financial models.
2. Skilled financial modeller with high degree of attention to detail.
3. Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and consumable format tailored for non-financial users.
4. Big 4 trained qualified accountant (in addition to financial modelling expertise) is highly desirable.
5. ACA, CFA or other Accounting/Finance Qualification along with 3-4 years relevant experience.
6. Strong excel or financial modelling skills.
7. Excellent commercial mindset with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
8. Demonstrated experience in managing a demanding workload, including prioritising short and long term deliverables.
9. Renewable energy or Infrastructure experience desirable.
