Job Description

Financial Operations Administrator role involves processing trades, providing analysis support, and resolving queries in a dynamic financial trading environment.

Staffline Recruitment is working with a prominent Semi-State body to fill this senior operational support position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily checks to ensure market system processes operate smoothly and resolve issues within agreed parameters.
  • Engage with stakeholders to address market operation queries and monitor key market activities.
  • Monitor market system inputting data and validating outputs to ensure accuracy.
  • Raise incident tickets and coordinate internal and external parties to resolve issues.
  • Perform user acceptance testing of system releases and review processes for continuous improvement.
  • Produce reports for internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Typically 3 years' experience in a data and/or critical operational role in financial services, funds financial trading or similar.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability, effective time management, and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate level Excel, experience using multiple systems, and ability to learn and operate various systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, confidence to work cross-functionally, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong skills in MS Office products and file management systems.
