360 Search are working with a well-established financial planning brokerage who require a Senior Financial Advisor to join their growing team. We are seeking an individual whose core values align with theirs and who understands the importance of the holistic lifestyle financial planning approach that we take. Key Duties but not limited to: Identify and resolve any financial service needs with our new clients Provide professional advice and consultation concerning clients needs Make recommendations and provide solutions to clients requirements Ensure client meetings are conducted in a timely efficient manner Skills and experience: 5+ years experience in financial planning Excellent knowledge of the financial planning process with a particular focus on the new business side Ability to work as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook Ability to be flexible and adaptable Knowledge of Wealthtrack and Voyant would be a significant advantage Why work with us: Excellent remuneration packages available Hybrid, flexible working model in place 22 annual leave plus company days 5% employer pension contributions (following successful probation) Income protection (following successful probation) Skills: Financial Planning Financial Advisor Microsoft New Business Development Finance Benefits: Pension Fund income protection hybrid working
