The Role: The FP&A Manager will provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making, enhance profitability, and optimise financial processes. This includes preparing financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and analyses to ensure the company meets its financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning; analyse project costs, revenue, and profitability; provide regular financial reports with insights. Strategic Support: Partner with project managers to support construction projects; develop financial models; assist with tendering and cost-saving initiatives. Risk & Compliance: Monitor financial risks, ensure compliance, and assist with audits. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical skills, financial modelling expertise, and attention to detail. Good communication, business acumen, and project management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP, and financial planning software. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (MBA preferred). Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) preferred. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally in construction or real estate. Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
