Financial Planning Consultant sought to deliver customer-focused financial planning advice to individual customers in Ireland, Dublin.

Lockton's employee benefits business is looking to make acquisitions, resulting in a large number of individual clients and prospects requiring financial planning support.

The successful candidate will need to have strong experience in delivering financial planning advice to individuals, meeting commercial/financial targets, and possessing a strong business development capability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering customer-focused financial planning advice to individual customers
• Developing and growing a strong portfolio of individual clients
• Supporting the delivery of member services into corporate clients

Requirements:

• Strong people skills and substantial experience in building client relationships
• Relevant experience in financial services with a focus on individual financial advice and group employee benefits
• A deep understanding of financial, pension, and investment products
• A passionate focus on delivering for customers
• A strong team ethos and ability to assist in developing junior staff

The role holder will be required to have QFA status and ideally have CFP status.
