Qualified Solicitor sought for Financial Regulation team in leading law firm in Dublin.
Summary: Seeking a qualified Solicitor with experience in financial regulation and excellent communication skills to join a superb team with career development opportunities.
The team provides advice to clients on Irish and EU financial services regulation, including:
- Fin Tech – E-money/payments, crypto, and crowd funding
- Conduct of Business including Mi FID, market abuse, and prospectus issues
- Licensing and authorisation
- Capital requirements and Codes of conduct
- All aspects of Central Bank and EU regulation
The successful candidate will have:
- 1+ years PQE in private practice or in-house legal department
- Experience in financial regulation or banking law with a keen interest in financial regulation law
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
