Job Description
Seeking a qualified Solicitor with experience in financial regulation to join a leading law firm in Dublin, providing advice on Irish and EU financial services regulation.
The role involves providing expert advice to domestic and international clients on various aspects of financial services regulation, including Fin Tech, Conduct of Business, Licensing and authorisation, and Central Bank and EU regulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing advice on Fin Tech, including e-money, payments, crypto, and crowd funding
- Assisting with Conduct of Business, including Mi FID, market abuse, and prospectus issues
- Supporting Licensing and authorisation, including capital requirements and codes of conduct
- Working on all aspects of Central Bank and EU regulation
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in private practice or in-house legal department
- Experience in financial regulation or banking law with a keen interest in financial regulation law
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
