Our client, a leading law firm in Dublin, is seeking to recruit a Solicitor for their Financial Regulation team.

The Role
The team provides advice to domestic and international clients on all aspects of Irish and EU financial services regulation including:
- FinTech – E-money/payments, crypto, and crowd funding
- Conduct of Business including MiFID, market abuse, and prospectus issues
- Licensing and authorisation
- Capital requirements and Codes of conduct
- All aspects of Central Bank and EU regulation
- Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in private practice or inhouse legal department
- Experience in financial regulation or experience in banking law with a keen interest in financial regulation law
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
