Seeking a qualified Solicitor with experience in financial regulation to join a leading law firm in Dublin.
The team provides advice to domestic and international clients on all aspects of Irish and EU financial services regulation.
- Fin Tech – E-money/payments, crypto, and crowd funding
- Conduct of Business including Mi FID, market abuse, and prospectus issues
- Licensing and authorisation
- Capital requirements and Codes of conduct
- All aspects of Central Bank and EU regulation
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years PQE in private practice or in-house legal department
- Experience in financial regulation or banking law with a keen interest in financial regulation law
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
