Financial Regulation Lawyer - Dublin Our client a leading law firm in Dublin is seeking to recruit a Solicitor for their Financial Regulation team. The Role The team provides advise to domestic and international clients on all aspects of Irish and EU financial services regulation including: FinTech - E-money/payments, crypto and crowd funding Conduct of Business including MiFID, market abuse and prospectus issues Licensing and authorisation Capital requirements and Codes of conduct All aspects of Central Bank and EU regulation The Person Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in private practice or in-house legal department Experience in financial regulation or experience in banking law with a keen interest in financial regulation law Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail Interested applicants should contact Vicki Weinmann in strict confidence on or submit your CV to .
