Our client, a leading law firm in Dublin, seeks to appoint an experienced Financial Regulation Solicitor with 5+ years PQE at Senior Associate or Of Counsel level. In joining this growing team, you will work on complex regulatory matters for domestic and international clients in financial services, and will a high career arc. Key Responsibilities: Advise on Irish and EU financial services regulation across banking, investment, asset management, and fintech sectors. Guide clients through regulatory change projects, remediation exercises, and compliance with prudential and conduct requirements. Support M&A transactions involving regulated entities and assist with winding down regulated businesses. Advise on regulatory perimeter, licensing, and regulatory risk. Experience Background Qualified solicitor in Ireland or the UK. Expertise in financial regulation gained in private practice, in-house, or with a financial regulator. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Proven ability to handle complex matters and work effectively in a team. Suitable candidates will be qualified as a solicitor in Ireland or the UK, and will have gained 5-8 years PQE in financial regulation.
