Key Responsibilities Advise on Irish and EU financial services regulation across banking, investment, asset management, and fintech sectors. Guide clients through regulatory change projects, remediation exercises, and compliance with prudential and conduct requirements. Advise on regulatory perimeter, licensing, and regulatory risk. Assist clients in navigating Central Bank of Ireland and European Central Bank inspections, reviews, and sanctions.
